  • I was expecting a rather dry account of the collection, but I was - happily - wrong. It is accessible to all - even the non-collector will find it interesting.
  • Excellently written, exhaustively researched, detailed account of the beginnings of our present pre-paid postage era. I'd recommend it for those who want to get into the minutia of the event.
